Tickets

Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase.

Concession cards must be presented to collect tickets purchased at concession discount.

Any personal information provided during the booking process is collected by the Entertainment Centre for the purpose of ticketing and to notify you of forthcoming events at this venue. This information is not at any stage, provided to an external third party.

Conduct

Patrons must not conduct themselves in a manner that interferes with the enjoyment of the facilities by other people.

The Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre reserves the right at all times to request any visitor, irrespective of age, who breaches this requirement to leave the premises.

Latecomers

Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient or suitable break in the performance, as determined by the presenter and/or Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre management.

Recording Equipment

The use of cameras, video cameras, MMS phones and other recording equipment is not permitted in the Alpine MDF Theatre during performances.

If you become aware of such recording during an event, please alert WPAC staff.

Noise in the Theatre

Visitors must ensure all pagers, mobile phones and digital watch alarms are turned off or set to silent throughout all performances. Any visitor making noise during the performance deemed to be disturbing to other visitors may be asked to leave the theatre.

Admission

The Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre management reserves the right to refuse to any patron or group admission to the premises or specific performance on reasonable grounds.

Food and Drink

The taking of food and beverages into the Alpine MDF Theatre is prohibited with the exception of water, cough lozenges or medication.

Walker Frames and Baby Capsules

Walker frames (Zimmer frames) baby capsules, prams etc are not permitted to stay inside the theatre during performances as they present an evacuation hazard.

Once the visitor is seated and comfortable, the Usher is required to remove and store the article in the foyer. The Usher will then return the article and assist the visitor at the completion of the performance.
